World Cup fever is here !

World Cup is upon us! 2 more days to the opening match between Mexico and host South Africa. Though that's not much of a spectacular curtain raiser, Mexico would surely win this one. I can see 2-1 to the El Tri written all over it.

On another footballing note, I will be rooting for Spain to lift the World Cup trophy! Well, I used to support England(even more so when Michael Owen was in the squad) but their recent shiteous early exits from cup competitions over recent years really had me plucking out my hair to the very last strands in frustration. Plus, La Furia Roja or The Red Fury, are the 2008 European Champions and boasts arguably the most in-depth quality in almost all positions. Little wonder why Spain have become everyone's favorite bet to go all the way to be world champions.

Oh and women, before you go all whiny and lament at the fact that your boyfriends or husbands are going to neglect you for the whole long one month as they remain glued to the television, this year World Cup could be different from the previous years !

Because for the benefit of those women who have been enduring the excruciating pain of being by your partner's side while he indulge in his footballing hoo-haa all this years, I have taken the liberty to compile a string of the hottest players in the World Cup, so that you women won't need to put on the "why-the-fuck-is-22-men-chasing-a-football" kinda face during every matches and appreciate the players only women knows how!

P.S. Fret not women, people say my taste in guys is just as of exceptionally high standards as my taste in girls.
